At Ro&Zo, we want you to love your purchase, but if you're not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 28 days of receipt for a full refund. All items must be returned in their original condition with all tags intact and in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and the reason for your return.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original labels and tags are still attached to the garments.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Generate your prepaid shipping label through our portal, print it out, and attach it firmly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to your nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your proof of postage receipt until your refund has been processed.
